Strength Training- Our strength training program was created to develop better athletes and eliminate sports injuries and concussions. We do this by developing sport muscles which enhances ones overall strength and recover time by mixing power explosive lifting with interval training and stabilization drills.
Speed Training- Focuses on developing ones running mechanic and quick twitch and explosive muscles. This will work on one’s quick burst and reaction time on the field and create second nature play making ability.
Little Playmakers training- Is our commitment to young athletes by developing their basic running technique, footwork, balance, reaction and competitive edge. We do this by slowing down the training process and focusing on small details that create good habits over time.
Private position- One on one positional development from quality coaches.
